These SMS Login Verification Terms supplement Away AI’s Terms & Conditions.
Away AI, operated by Go Waya Tech Private Limited, sends SMS one-time passcodes (OTPs) to verify your phone number during signup or login. By entering your phone number and requesting a code in the app, you consent to receive the authentication SMS for that request. This program sends only requested login and verification codes; it does not enroll you in promotional messaging.
Message frequency depends on your requests: one authentication SMS per code request, including each resend request. Message and data rates may apply.
Where the sending number accepts replies, reply STOP to cancel further SMS messages from that sender, START to resume, or HELP for help. Opting out may prevent you from receiving codes needed to complete SMS login. For help, or for opt-out assistance when the sender does not accept replies, email support@heyaway.ai.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to mobile network availability. Keep your verification code confidential and do not share it with anyone.
